Whiskey Professional

UNDER DEVELOPMENT The Whiskey Professional Course covers fermentation, distillation, maturation and appreciation of whiskey. With the course you can also choose a single specialization course to learn how the fundamentals apply to your favorite style.

This course is comprised of 4 modules covering the entire production of whiskey from grain to glass. You'll dig deep into the preparation of raw materials and fermentation processes. Then you'll continue into the technical nuances of still shapes and more in distillation before learning about maturation vessels and protocols. The course ends with a module dedicated to appreciating spirits.
